Kangaroo Kabin is the largest cottage centered in Sunset Shores Resort. The cottage sleeps 8 (6 adults comfortably).  It has 2 spacious bedrooms/1 bath. The first bedroom includes a king pillow-top bed.  The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The bathroom has a full-size shower and tub and includes a hair dryer for guest use. The main living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.  All bedding and bath towels are provided.

The Kabin is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric smooth top range, toaster, coffee maker and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has laundry available with a stacking washer/dryer at the front of the cottage.  The main living area has a gas-powered electric switch fireplace.

There is a charcoal grill and picnic table available just to the side of the cottage.

Electric heat provides warmth for cool mornings and evenings during the shoulder months as fall colors begin to glow.

Broadband Wi-Fi with Roku Ultra for TV streaming, internet, and music. There is a DVD player with a few movies for use during your stay.

The view out the back of the cottage from the living room is heavenly. The private platform deck is perfect to sip your coffee in the mornings or enjoy the end of the day. You feel like you’re on top of the water!

Kangaroo Kabin is pet friendly for friendly pets (deposit required).

A one time cleaning fee will be applied through The Simple Life Management Company.
